How far in advance should I book a wedding florist/ designer?

Best answer...as soon as you know your date and venue! Most couples book their wedding florist or event designer 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons. If your wedding is during spring or fall, securing your date early ensures availability, avoids last-minute stress and gives us plenty of time to dream up the prettiness! Is your event coming soon? No worries...often times we can accomodate even with short notice!

How much do wedding flowers cost?

This answer is tricky and often not able to be answered simply! Aime Peterson Flowers and Events works with ALL budgets and we try to give you the most bang for your buck! For simple Bridal Party flowers dropped off at your location, most clients can spend between $500-1500. For Full Service (which is what we do the most, and recommend the most), most clients range between $2000- $10,00 and it is 100% dependent on the venue, the season, the flowers or decor needed, and the size and scale of the event. A great guess is to allocate about 20% of your entire budget to go toward floral and decor. Our team of event managers can help you figure out the budget, too!

What’s included in your floral and decor packages?

Every event includes consultation and time to create your custom proposal, creation and design of your pieces, delivery, setup and breakdown of the florals and decor items provided. Our containers, candles and accessories are on loan for the event, and when we retrieve...the flowers are yours to keep or give away!
